I seriously can’t believe he has passed away. Checking out Twitter with Afdlin Shauki and everyone saying he’s in ICU getting treatment. This seriously reminds me of how Yasmin Ahmad passed away. Pete Teo was tweeting about it and initially she was reported stable, but Allah loved her more :(

The one show that I liked that has Din Beramboi in it is Telematch in Astro Ceria, he did the dubbing and god it was hilarious. And then the morning slots in Era, damn funny. But most importantly, Spontan on Astro Warna. By far the funniest sketch is dubbing, again.

Earthquake in Batu Niah!?

My mom suddenly phoned me and asked me, “Is there an earthquake in Batu Niah? Nenek just called and asked me, so try checking online, mesti got one.”

NANI!?

Get it? Get it? You’ll only get it if you’re a football fan and know a few Japanese words. But most probably most of you should know.

Anyway.

Immediately I rushed onto the internets and Googled it. Apparently, THERE IS AN EARTHQUAKE!

Mild tremors in Batu Niah, Suai in Sarawak

KUALA LUMPUR: Mild tremors were felt in Batu Niah and Suai, Sarawak, following a moderate earthquake in Batu Niah, Monday morning.

According to a statement from the Malaysian Meteorological Department, the earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale occurred at 7.47am this morning.

The epicentre of the earthquake was 26km from Batu Niah, 90km south-west of Miri and 99km north-east of Bintulu.

The statement added that a 3.3 Richter scale earthquake had also occurred in the same area at 12.13pm on Dec 23 last year. — Bernama

Woah. Shocked wey. I didn’t know earthquakes can occur in this side of Malaysia. *bites nails*

Anyone in Batu Niah can confirm this? (but it’s in the news and in the internets, so it is true after all :o)

I heard about how Yasmin Ahmad is in a serious and critical condition, and I thought that she would be better the day after.

But then, upon browsing through Facebook, checking 15Malaysia’s page, I saw this.

My heart sank.

Was so shocked. I didn’t expect this to happen.

RIP Yasmin Ahmad. You’re an inspiration to all the movie directors in Malaysia.

Your advertisements will always be touching and will show how the real Malaysia is.

RIP Michael Jackson

I woke up today, checked my facebook, and apparently everyone’s status was talking about Michael Jackson’s death.

I was buttshocked, flabbergasted. Didn’t believed it, so I checked forums, websites for confirmation and..

Pop star Michael Jackson has died in Los Angeles, aged 50.

Paramedics were called to the singer’s home around midday local time on Thursday after he stopped breathing.

He was pronounced dead two hours later after arriving at hospital in full cardiac arrest, said Fred Corral of the LA County Coroner’s office.

Speaking on behalf of Jackson’s family, his brother, Jermaine, said doctors had tried to resuscitate the star for more than an hour without success.
