The Kambing Farm

I never imagine that the Curtin Lakeside would be an awesome place to chill-out, relax, or maybe even take a nap or commit suicide.

But hey, once you get to sit next to the lake, you could feel the breeze, the chilling breeze of Mother Nature. Amazing. And there’s even an island in the middle of the lake.

Rumors said that there’s a wireless spot and a group of monkeys blogging there.

Anyway, enough about rumors,

 

We went to the lakeside on 2 occasions, 1 is Monday, 1 is Tuesday.

On Monday, we (Me, Ina, Zarith, and Awesome Jim) went to the lakeside while waiting for the Physics lecture to start. It was so cold in the classroom, compared to the warm and comfy outdoors.

Hmm, what did we do on Monday.

Aha. I remember now.

While relaxing beside the lake, we all were thinking, how deep is the lake?

Jim went to some dumpzone, and took a little plant, with a long body, took the plant, and measured the depth of the lake, with the uncertainty of 0.1cm (as Prof. Ina said).

But mein gott, it’s not even deep at all. It’s like, up to my thigh, or knee. (I think).

Anyway, on that day, I found out that Ina hates ulat gonggok (you know, the ulats when you touch them, they’ll become emo). One of the ulats appeared at her feet, and she jumped. Literally. She did.

After witnessing her jump, we went back into the classroom, where it was dark, gloomy, and boring.

Fgdsfds.

Almost fell asleep a few times, and it was noisy in the room, I can’t really concentrate on what Mr. Colin’ is talking. :( Nobody seems to give a damn on what he’s saying at all.

All of a sudden, Zarith stands up and goes outside. I received a text, saying she’s outside alone at the lakeside.

Fuh, alone at lakeside?

Alone?

That sounds bad.

So I stood up, kononnya going to toilet, when all of a sudden, si Ina ni walked behind me, and followed me to the lakeside. Eleh. We saw Zarith with Syafiq, duduk-duduk, relax-relax on the grass, and so and so.

While relaxing, Ina played lagu Meet Uncle Hussein (tak sedar actually. Was so busy being relaxed), and for a while, we felt like we were from the series KAMI, (except we were short 1 girl. Dang). Relaxing outside was awesomely fun.

After that we went in, at around 4:20pm, a few minutes later, the lecture was over. :|

Went back, bought kebabs, and berbuka. Yayy. Kebabs are delicious I tell you, somewhere near Piasau area. Near SMKDP. Find it find it. Ngahaha.

Sorry for the lack of pictures on Monday, wasn’t really in the photography mood on that day. (and at the same time, I didn’t have Little Miss Alpha with me)

Now, on Tuesday, Ina asked me to bring Little Miss Alpha for a walk around lakeside.

So I did.

But the thing is, Little Miss Alpha didn’t have enough time to sleep, and needs to be recharged. So I let Ina do the charging, during her class.

So, after our classes, we met at lakeside, around 10:30am-ish. I went out from my class, only to be surprised by Zarith, who shouted my name so loud, which made me opocot-ed. Anyway, took the camera, went to lakeside, sat down with Ina, and waited for the others (which is Zarith and Jonathan).

Aha. Out of nowhere, 2 mamat gangster came to the table.

Cik Nazri and Cik Syafiq, with full of kegangsteran, walked up to the table.

Fulamak gangster abis oi.

 

They lepaked with us,

and soon, Zarith and Jonathan came.

 

Jonathan was studying for his Chemistry. (as you can see by that Chemistry face)

 

And flexing his muscle at the same time.

 

Everyone sat down, relax-relax, enjoy the chilly breeze of Mother Nature, once again.

 

*poof* Nazri bertukar menjadi… Zarith!

 

Soon after, Ina’s fren came, apa nama nya tek, Arif? I think it was Arif, her ex-classmate.

 

I as a photographer deserve to be in the shot for once.

 

Alas, it failed.

Yeah, Jonathan was about to leave, and I don’t remember why Zarith was standing up. Why ah?

We saw Jonathan walking towards G3, when all of a sudden, he makes a sudden U-turn, and surprises us with…

 

A little grasshopper.

Yep. All was fun. Both of them left eventually. Me and Ina left at lakeside. Bored, I tried doing a timed camwhore.

Once again, failed. Aduh. Well, her face occupies most of the space, at least my face is in.

 

Gaddemu.

 

Anyway, a side story, this was the first time in my University life, I’ve ever missed a class. Physics Tutorial, I missed it. Reason? I was at library. Ngahaha.

Don’t ask what I was doing there.

 

After Malaysian Studies class was over, Ina nak beli kebab lagi, so I told her to wait at lakeside, again.

Met up at lakeside, relaxed even much more, because the wind was much more stronger than before. Sat down near the lake, really really near to the lake.

One more time I managed to see Ina terlompat, thanks to Mr. Ulat Gonggok. Zarith (or Ina) claims that the ulat can float on water.

Ina (or Zarith) said no.

I took the ulat, threw it into the lake, and thus I have sinned. :( Sorry Mr. Ulat Gonggok ;_;

Anyway, after relaxing at the lakeside, went back, bought kebab and berbuka puasa.

 

I tell you, this Ramadhan, I’ve been eating kebabs aaaaalll the way. Non-stop. And best of all, my weight hasn’t been reducing at all.

The hell man.

 

Anyway, upon arriving at home, Ina complain, and blamed me. She kena sunburn. Ceit! And aku pulak yang kena.

I’m already dark, I don’t need the sun to burn me even more.
