Majlis berbuka puasa bersama Noh Hujan

On Wednesday, Ina, out of nowhere, in the ICT Lab, asked me,

Mok pegi sungkey ngan Noh sik?”, seriously out of nowhere. FYI, sungkey means berbuka puasa, Sarawak term.

Noh? Noh nok ney satu tok?”,

“Noh Hujan ya,”

Rasa malas pun ada, rasa excited pun ada, rasa doubtful pun ada.

But alah, just to get my ass out from the house, I said yes.

So on Thursday, I brought Ina out to Home Away cafe, located across Chili Pepper.

Mati-mati I thought we will berbuka at Noh’s house. Celaka. Kena tipu aku.

Every outdoor dinner, mesti ada bawa spare Coke Light, just in case I’m not satisfied with the water.

Relaxing at the lakeside

I never imagine that the Curtin Lakeside would be an awesome place to chill-out, relax, or maybe even take a nap or commit suicide.

But hey, once you get to sit next to the lake, you could feel the breeze, the chilling breeze of Mother Nature. Amazing. And there’s even an island in the middle of the lake.

Rumors said that there’s a wireless spot and a group of monkeys blogging there.

Anyway, enough about rumors,

 

We went to the lakeside on 2 occasions, 1 is Monday, 1 is Tuesday.

On Monday, we (Me, Ina, Zarith, and Awesome Jim) went to the lakeside while waiting for the Physics lecture to start. It was so cold in the classroom, compared to the warm and comfy outdoors.

Hmm, what did we do on Monday.
